Can I split the cost of my reservation into multiple payments?

If you’re making a reservation for a stay that is at least 90 days in the future and for at least $500.00, you can split the cost of your reservation into several payments:

On the checkout page you’ll be informed your stay qualifies for our Payment Plan Option. If you don’t see this option, then you’ll need to pay the entire cost of the reservation at once if your arrival date is less than 14 days out, or 50% upfront and the remaining 50% 14 days before your arrival.

If you choose the payment plan option, you’ll pay only 25% or $200.00 which ever is greater at the time of booking. You will then be automatically charged the remaining balance in equal monthly payments until the balance is paid in full before your arrival. We’ll also email you a reminder 3 days before each monthly payment is processed. If a payment is declined, you will be emailed notification and have 24 hours to log into your guest portal to make a payment with a different card or contact us and provide another card for payment. If payment isn’t made within that 24-hour period, a late fee of $25.00 will be applied. If two consecutive payments are missed and no attempt has been made by email or phone to contact us, Pioneer Rental Management, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the stay and apply a $200 cancellation fee, with no further attempts by us to contact you.

If you cancel your reservation and have chosen the Payment Plan option, you will forfeit a $200.00 cancellation fee.

If you need to update your payment method associated with the future pending payment OR you want to make a payment early, please log into the Guest Portal and follow the steps below.

  1. Go to our website www.pioneerrents.com, scroll to the bottom and select the Guest button.

  2. Enter your email address that was used when making your stay and the last four digits of the phone number used for the pin number.

  3. Choose the Pay Now button under Status beside your reservation number.

  4. Scroll down to Make A Payment and enter your information.

  5. Then select Process Payment

The Payment Plan is an option you choose, you do not have to use this method of payment. We offer this plan as a convenience to you. All other provisions of our rental agreement apply to your reservation.
